After entering a coma that lasted for 28 days, a nurse, who was infected with Corona, recovered with a dose of Viagra
British press reports stated that a 37-year-old nurse recovered after being given a dose of Viagra, which is usually known as a treatment for erectile dysfunction in men.
It is reported that the nurse had earlier been infected with the emerging corona virus, Covid-19, after which she suffered from severe symptoms, represented by the loss of the senses of smell and taste, and her cough began to mix with blood.
The symptoms developed more and more, and the nurse's oxygen level dropped dramatically, at which point she was taken to the hospital, where she was unable to breathe due to the complications she was experiencing.
On November 9, the doctors decided to transfer the nurse to the intensive care unit after her health deteriorated and she entered a "medical coma", an option doctors resort to until they find a solution for the patient.
The nurse had spent about 28 days in a coma, during which time the doctors decided to give her doses of "Viagra", as part of the experimental treatment she agreed to while she was still fully conscious, until she woke up on December 14.
It is reported that Viagra is used as a treatment for erectile dysfunction in men, because it helps blood flow smoothly in the blood vessels.
